After you have collected all orders from customers, please enter your order below before Monday 4/22/2019.
Please make sure you click on the SEND CHECK payment button to complete your order, and then bring your check to the pick up site (orders are not submitted to the coordinator without a payment option selected). Student families pay the reduced prices and keep the extra collected from customers as profit to help offset band fees. If you need to make any changes to your order, please edit the original form to correct totals. Pick up will take place on the morning of Saturday, May 11, 2019. You are required to pay Bandstanders with ONE check, made payable to Bandstanders, for the cost of your entire plant order on pick up day. Profit income is your reporting responsibility with the IRS.
